Weekly Offers We Run
Cashback, reloads and tournaments
After the welcome package, the regular calendar takes over. We keep four recurring promos running across the week so there is something attached to your balance on most days you log in.
Slot tournaments run alongside these offers, with prize pools shared between the top-placed players. Tournaments list their own rules and point-scoring system on the promo page for each event, so check the specific terms before joining.
- Weekly cashback: 10% returned on net losses for the week.
- Weekend reload: 50% up to 800 AUD.
- Monday free spins: drops credited to eligible accounts each Monday.
- Slot tournaments: prize pools, entry rules stated per event.
Five VIP Tiers Explained
Bronze to Diamond
Our VIP program has five tiers, from Bronze up to Diamond. Cashback is the core benefit and it scales with your tier, reaching 20% at Diamond level. Each tier also unlocks a personal VIP manager, exclusive bonuses, higher withdrawal limits and faster payouts.
Progression is based on your play. When you qualify for the next tier we move you up automatically, and your cashback rate and limits adjust with it. Your VIP manager contacts you directly once you reach the level where one is assigned.
- Tier range: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond.
- Cashback: rises through the tiers up to 20%.
- Diamond perks: personal VIP manager, exclusive bonuses, highest withdrawal limits, fastest payouts.
Claiming a Bonus Step by Step
Claiming works the same way for the welcome package and most weekly offers. Deposit 80 AUD or more, enter the code where one applies, and the bonus lands in your balance straight away.
- Create your account at lucky7even.com and verify your email.
- Deposit at least 80 AUD using PayID, card, e-wallet or crypto.
- Enter the code LUCKY7 for the welcome package.
- Accept the bonus when prompted so it is credited to your balance.
- Open eligible pokies and start wagering before the 7-day window closes.
Wagering, Shown With Numbers
How the 40x requirement works
Wagering means you must place bets totalling 40 times your bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. Take a 100 AUD bonus: 100 x 40 = 4000 AUD in total bets before the wagering is cleared. Bets from your real cash balance count toward the total; unsettled or voided bets do not.
Once the full 4000 AUD is wagered, the remaining bonus balance converts to cash, capped at 8000 AUD in winnings. Below the cap you keep everything you have cleared; above it, the surplus is removed. If the 7-day validity runs out first, the unconverted bonus is forfeited.
Wagering progress tracks in your account under the active bonus tab, so you can check the running total whenever you like.
Key Terms You Should Know
Restrictions on bonus play
These are the rules that catch players out, so we state them plainly. Each bonus carries a maximum allowed bet while the bonus is active, and certain games contribute less than 100% toward wagering or are excluded entirely. Always open the full terms on the specific promotion to see the game weightings for that offer.
Bonuses also expire. The welcome package runs on a 7-day clock from the moment it is credited, and unclaimed weekly offers lapse when the promotion window closes. Withdrawals requested before wagering completes void the bonus and any winnings from it.
- Wagering requirement: 40x the bonus amount.
- Validity: 7 days for the welcome package.
- Maximum cashout: 8000 AUD from the welcome bonus.
- Game contribution: weightings stated per promotion; some games excluded.
- One welcome package per player, household and payment account.
Current Promo Codes
One code is active right now: LUCKY7, which activates the welcome package on your first deposit. Our weekly cashback, weekend reload and Monday free spins do not require a code; they are credited automatically to eligible accounts.
We publish any new codes on the promotions page and by email to subscribed players. If a code is ever rejected, contact our 24/7 live chat before depositing so we can check your eligibility.
